The 1 bedroom suites seem to be in the 800-850 SF range, the 2 bedroom condos are plus or minus about 1000SF and the only 3 bedroom apartment I’ve located is about 1140 SF. The typical appliance package was all white appliances back in the mid 1990’s but many have been updated since then to granite counters, stainless steel and maybe a tile back splash. This building has 4 floors and 64 apartments. This condo development was also built in 1994 to 1995. The units are mostly 2 bedroom 2 bathroom however there is the odd 1 bedroom suite or 1 bathroom suite. Most of the 2 bedroom units fall in to the 850-1000 SF range. Similar to the 707 building, many of the apartments here have been updated to nicer higher end kitchens, washrooms and flooring.
These 2 buildings have an active sales history according to the Vancouver Island real Estate Boards stats from 2015 to 2019. There are numerous condos for sale most of the time as these 2 buildings are popular. At least 8 of these condos changed hands in 2018 and at least 12 apartments sold in 2017.
